The Venues at Level 8

Level 8 consists of eight distinct venues, each offering its own unique atmosphere and culinary delights. Let’s explore each of these venues and the experiences they offer:

Mr. Wanderlust

The Level 8 journey begins at Mr. Wanderlust, a piano bar and jazz lounge. As you step into Mr. Wanderlust, you’ll be welcomed into a library-like space. The centerpiece is a dark oak host stand, while above, aerialists gracefully swing from a chandelier. Venture further into the lounge through a hidden passageway and discover a stage where live performances take place. Sip on expertly crafted cocktails and indulge in light bites as you immerse yourself in the enchanting ambiance.

Maison Kasai

Embark on a culinary adventure at Maison Kasai, a French-Japanese teppanyaki restaurant helmed by Michelin-starred chef Joshua Gil. Enter Maison Kasai through a secret entryway from Mr. Wanderlust. The teppanyaki tables serve as platforms where chefs prepare each course with a culinary performance. Savor the flavors of the carefully crafted dishes, complemented by a selection of sake, shōchū, and craft cocktails.

Lucky Mizu

Experience the art of cooking with water at Lucky Mizu, a culinary journey curated by Chef Hisae Stuck. Lucky Mizu specializes in dishes such as shabu-shabu and seiro-mushi. Begin your journey with snacks and raw dishes, followed by a choice of seiro mushi or shabu shabu set entrée, accompanied by a variety of broths. As you dine, enjoy the mesmerizing performances of musicians playing on a 40-foot Earth Harp, creating a truly immersive experience.

Qué Barbaro
