Linden Los Angeles
One of our favorite restaurant's that has become a melting pot of flavors & Diversity is Liden Los Angeles. The vibe is a mix of Jewsish, Caribbean & New York - Just as Linden Boulevard connects different communities from Long Island to brooklyn, This resturant brings together Jerk Duck over risotto, Matzo ball soup, banana-pepper lobster rolls. Linden Los Angeles is a culinary journey that celebrates its rich tapestry of cultures found in the city. Much like how Linden Boulevard connects and celebrates the various communities it passes through.

Jellyman
One of the newest restaurants in LA that has been generating a lot of buzz is actor/producer Donald Glover's boba shop in Silver Lake, which offers a unique and contemporary twist on traditional Taiwanese-inspired drinks like matcha, milk tea, and brown sugar boba, along with unconventional flavors such as Thai limeade, rose hibiscus, and a drink called Peanut Butter and Jelly, Man made with peanut milk, grape jelly, and maple sea salt foam; all served in a futuristic space adorned with a giant round Jellyman statue that hovers over customers.

Budonoki
One of the newest restaurants in LA that is worth checking out is Budonoki, an izakaya with a dimly lit ambiance and a menu that offers a unique fusion of Japanese and Thai cuisine by chef Dan Rabilwongse, creating a dining experience that transports you to a sake den in Brooklyn or Tokyo with its energetic atmosphere, bumping tunes, and swift service; be sure to try their must-try dishes like the fermented Thai sausage with crispy rice balls and cabbage slaw or the flame-seared pressed sushi.
