LÜM Hotel In Inglewood Sells for $57 Million Dollars
The LÜM Hotel in Inglewood, California, has been sold for a staggering $57 million, marking a significant transaction in the hospitality industry. The hotel, located near the iconic SoFi Stadium and the Los Angeles International Airport, has been a popular destination for travelers and locals alike since its opening.
The sale of the LÜM Hotel is a testament to the growing demand for hospitality properties in the Los Angeles area. Inglewood, in particular, has experienced a surge in development and investment in recent years, driven by the arrival of the NFL's Los Angeles Rams and Los Angeles Chargers at SoFi Stadium. The stadium has brought a new wave of visitors to the area, creating a boom in demand for hotel rooms and other hospitality services.
The LÜMHotel, with its modern amenities and prime location, is well-positioned to capitalize on this trend. The hotel features sleek and stylish rooms, a rooftop pool, and a fitness center, making it an attractive option for travelers seeking comfort and convenience. The sale of the LÜM Hotel also highlights the confidence of investors in the Los Angeles hospitality market.
Despite the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, the market has shown remarkable resilience, with many hotels and resorts experiencing a strong rebound in demand. The $57 million sale price of the LÜM Hotel represents a significant premium over its original development cost, demonstrating the value that investors place on well-located and well-managed hospitality properties.
The transaction is also a testament to the expertise and vision of the hotel's developers and management team, who have successfully created a thriving and profitable business in one of Los Angeles' most dynamic neighborhoods. As the Los Angeles hospitality market continues to evolve and grow, the sale of the LÜM Hotel is likely to be followed by other significant transactions. With its strong demand, limited supply, and attractive investment returns, the market is poised for continued growth and success.

SOMETHING DIFFERENT FOR DATE NIGHT
So I don't know about you guys, but I've completely grown out of my club era. Like, it's completely gone. Now I'm into things that are a little more grown and sexy.
I recently came across this new experience in Inglewood and I think it's super cool for date night. The spot is called Cosm and it's similar to the Sphere in Vegas. Cosm, the company, prides itself on creating venues that bridge the virtual and physical worlds through pioneered technology that expands the realm of what's possible, connecting people and bringing them together in what is called Shared Reality.
That sounds super nerdy and I guess it is, but it's also really cool to see in person. The venue currently has select screenings throughout the week, some educational and some sports-based. As for the food and drinks? Fire! They even have a rooftop that you can vibe out at as well before or after your showing.
This spot is 100% worth it and highly recommended. We posted about the venue on SBRBN wifey - check it out here:
