Santa Monica Sues Enayati Family For $18 Million

Santa Monica filed an $18 million lawsuit against the Enayati family, alleging they illegally converted 62 rent-controlled units into short-term Airbnb rentals. The lawsuit claims the Enayatis used deceptive lease agreements and misrepresented the units to circumvent the city’s short-term rental restrictions and rent control laws. The city seeks civil penalties, an injunction, and restitution.

Toca Madera Is Facing A Rico Over Only Fans Models

Toca Madera restaurant operators allegedly stole money from investors and spent it on “plane tickets for various females and OnlyFans models,” “multiple engagement rings,” etc.

The investors are suing for RICO violations, securities fraud, conversion, and other related claims.
